Having relocated from Atlanta after a beach vacation in 1992, I have a  passion for the Emerald Coast and first-hand knowledge of what motivates people to move to the area.  After spending 10 years in radio sales and management with The Radio People, a group of the five most successful local stations now owned by Cumulus Broadcasting, I joined the real estate industry with a vast knowledge of the area, long-term relationships with a number of local businesses, a wide database of contacts around the Southeast and a solid track record of strong client service ethics.  I continue to prescribe to the fantastic philosophy of "under-promise and over-deliver" of a former manager, and it’s truly been a key to my success.

 Having spent my first two years in the local real estate market as Director of Development for a leading preconstruction specialist, I have become intimately familiar with new developments available from the Mississippi Gulf Coast to South Florida.   I understand the phases of land development from the developer’s perspective to that of the surrounding community, savvy investor and end-user. 

 I am also intimately familiar with the expansive residential market from Navarre to Destin.  Having not only real estate experience but a very successful 10-year track record in marketing and sales, I possess the ability to best advertise different types of real estate to attract qualified Buyers and know the long-term importance of matching Buyers with just the right home to fit their needs.   The “quick sale” is not my goal but rather achieving client satisfaction leading to repeat and referral business year after year.
